Reduced to the regrets of not having lived a healthy lifestyle, after being a junior international sportsman, and diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, facing a heart transplant or death, it took a miracle to turn the tables on the situation. This experience brought about an intense desire to bring health to others.

It is with this motivation that we want to share with you a lifestyle and not just a product range. We want you to be your best and achieve your dreams with extracts from natural herbs, plants and minerals given to us on this wonderful planet.

James Gibson our Pharmacist is an extremely important member of our team, helping us to develop our product range.

James Gibson is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Edelweiss Pharmaceuticals. He is a pharmacist who has trained his focus on phytopharmaceuticals after an involvement with orthodox medicines. His particular interests lie in strategic management and new product development. He is responsible for production, quality control regulation and ISO 9000 implementation. He has an M.Phil. in Futures Studies, an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Cape Town. He spends much of his time developing cosmeceutical formulations with phytopharmaceutical actives, especially those of Southern African origin. He is married with three daughters.
